I want to share this with the whole country
I fell in love with the deliciousness of Biei-grown wheat and started visiting this area regularly.
This was the beginning of our connection with Biei.
As I've experienced Biei's magnificent scenery, the workings of nature, and connected with producers who live in harmony with the land, I want to convey the charm of Biei as it is, respecting the inherent power of the ingredients created by these passionate producers.
And we want to create a "food experience that can only be enjoyed here" for those who visit Biei.
With all those feelings combined, I decided to open a shop in this location.
While there are harsh seasons, our mission is to utilize the terroir (climate and soil) of this land, which has embraced all of these challenges, and to connect the food nurtured through Biei's rich agriculture to the whole country and to the future.

This Biei brand was born from the desire to deliver the pure taste of each and every ingredient, such as wheat and milk from Biei, Hokkaido, with sincerity and care. We aim to be a brand that can be chosen as a souvenir from Biei or as a gift from Hokkaido, and we will cultivate deliciousness that connects "food" and "agriculture (producers)" together with the beautiful scenery of Biei.
