A limited-edition package featuring original illustrations by Hiroshi Abe, a picture book author based in Asahikawa City, Hokkaido, best known for his illustrations in the picture book "Arashi no Yoru ni" (Kodansha, text by Yuichi Kimura), will be available. Having worked as a zookeeper at Asahiyama Zoo for 25 years, Mr. Abe, who has a deep understanding of animals, freely depicted the animals of Hokkaido's forests as he envisioned them. The development team, struggling to decide on a new flavor related to the packaging, consulted with Mr. Abe, who suggested, "Animals love wild grapes, don't they?" After comparing various Hokkaido wild grapes, they found the Yoichi-grown wild grapes with the best balance of sweetness and tartness. (6 pieces)
