In search of the ideal "cheese fondue cream"
The cream inside was perfected after meticulous adjustments to everything from the mascarpone ratio to the timing of mixing, and numerous prototypes. We finally arrived at the ideal cheese fondue cream: smooth and creamy, milky yet not too heavy.

Made with plenty of dairy ingredients from Hokkaido. A soft and moist texture.
We use only Hokkaido-sourced mascarpone, fresh cream, and condensed milk to create a rich and flavorful taste. The batter also uses Hokkaido-produced cream cheese, and it's baked simply to highlight the quality of the ingredients. Enjoy the fluffy, moist, and gently melting texture.
