This cream is made with rare Jersey milk sourced from Farms Chiyoda in Biei. Farms Chiyoda is one of Japan's leading farms with animal welfare certification. The milk from their cows, raised using methods that minimize stress on the animals, is light in the summer and rich in the winter. The cream in your first spoonful will vary in taste depending on the milk fat content of the milk at that time—it's a natural cream.
