Thank you for always choosing Ferme La Terre Biei.

This year, we will once again hold the "Autumn Harvest Festival" to express our gratitude for the abundant harvest of Biei! We have prepared a variety of limited-time menus using plenty of seasonal ingredients delivered from farmers in Biei town, as well as many special events that can only be enjoyed at this time of year.

Oktoberfest will be held again this year.

Limited to 3 days only: October 10th (Sat), 11th (Sun), and 12th (Mon, public holiday), 2026!

Following last year's highly successful Oktoberfest, we will be holding it again this year.
We offer a limited selection of takeout food that pairs perfectly with our craft beers and German beers!
We will be selling fresh vegetables sourced from local producers in Biei Town at our market.

◆Bonfire Corner

Under the autumn sky over the hills of Biei, we will provide a bonfire area where you can relax and enjoy a warm time around a fire.

We also offer roasted marshmallows and s'mores, so you can enjoy them with your family and friends.

◆Original Herb Tea Making Workshop

Why not create your own unique cup of coffee by blending fragrant herbs? 🌿

At Biei Herb Nono, you can enjoy the colors and aromas of herbs grown by Mr. Inoho without pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or herbicides, and create your own original herbal tea blend. The blended herbs will be packed on the spot for you to take home.

📅 Limited to two days: October 10th (Sat) and 11th (Sun)

A special time to discover your favorite scents and flavors.

We also offer takeout options (such as grilled sausages, goulash soup, and spätzle), so please enjoy them along with the beautiful autumn scenery of Biei.

■ Limited-time product lineup for each department during the Harvest Festival period (October 10th - 31st)

Western-style confectionery Pastries & Sweets

🍠 Soufflé Cheese Sandwich - Sweet Potato Filling

A cheese cream made with mascarpone cheese from Hokkaido is sandwiched between fluffy, moist layers of dough.
We've combined it with a rich sweet potato paste made from "Beni Haruka" sweet potatoes from Hokkaido. The caramel sauce spread on the dough enhances the richness of the cheese and the gentle sweetness of the sweet potato!

🍎 Apple tart

We carefully made a compote from apples grown at Yoichi no Mori Farm and combined it with almond cream to create this tart.

Made with Biei wheat, this tart is crispy and has a fragrant wheat aroma that pairs perfectly with the refreshing apple flavor.

*Whole cakes (size 6 - 18cm in diameter) are available by reservation only.

🎃 Organic Kuririn Pumpkin Chiffon Cake

Made with Biei wheat and Biei-grown Jersey milk, and baked with a paste of organic Kuririn pumpkin from Mori Town. It has a moist, fluffy texture and a light melt-in-your-mouth feel, with the gentle sweetness and richness of pumpkin.

🍎 Apple Brioche

This light and fluffy brioche dough, made with Biei wheat, is filled with homemade custard cream and apple compote from Yoichi and baked to perfection. The rich custard made with Jersey milk, combined with the refreshing aroma and crisp texture of apples, makes this a delightful autumn bread.

🥔 New potato butter bread

Made with new potatoes "Sayaka" from Onishi Farm in Biei Town.
The fragrant, semi-hard French dough pairs perfectly with the fresh, moist texture of new potatoes. Finish it off with melted Gouda cheese!

Restaurant Credit

During the harvest festival, the restaurant will offer a bread and soup buffet with a choice of main course.
Lunch reservations can be made here . Reservations are recommended.

Smoked Daisetsu salmon with Niçoise-style salad

Smoked Hokkaido Daisetsu salmon from Kamikawa Town's Oji Salmon Road!!
This salmon is farmed in the pristine waters originating from the snowmelt of the Daisetsuzan mountain range in Hokkaido. The harsh mountain environment, where water temperatures can drop to as low as 2°C, has produced salmon with firm flesh, a refreshing aroma, and just the right amount of fat—a perfect balance. It is served in a Nisoise-style dish with fresh autumn vegetables from Hokkaido, mainly from Biei.

Pumpkin risotto topped with Biei pork salsiccia

This risotto is made with organically grown Kuririn pumpkins from Miyoi Farm in Mori-machi, Hokkaido, and topped with salsiccia made from Biei pork. The natural sweetness of the pumpkin and the saltiness of the homemade salsiccia create an exquisite combination.

All of our staff are looking forward to your visit!
