In Biei Town, Tawaramappu, Ms. Inomata of "Biei Herb Nono" runs a herb farm without using pesticides or chemical fertilizers, in harmony with the four seasons and nature of Biei.
Each piece is hand-picked, dried, and blended by hand.
They created an original blend of herbal tea that pairs perfectly with the restaurant's meals and Ferme La Terre's sweets. It's a blend of light orange calendula, fragrant tulsi, robust mugwort, lemongrass, and mint.
