Biei Limited Edition Diamant Cookie Tin
This tin contains three types of cookies: Diamant, Diamant Cocoa, and Almond Chocolate Chip. The sparkling Diamant (diamond) cookies are made with Hokkaido-grown beet granulated sugar, while the cookie dough uses beet molasses sugar, which is used in different ways. The cookies are made with Biei wheat's original blend of flour, "Biei no Sora" and "Biei no Kaze," and other carefully selected Hokkaido ingredients such as Hokkaido-grown fermented butter.
